Saturday Fun Run + YOGA!January 15, 2018
Join us Saturday, Feb 10th for a morning of running and Yoga.
Chris Gilmore will be leading us through a yoga class focused on unwinding and stabilizing hips, hamstrings , quads and spine.
Fun Run leaves from Peak Running with a Twist at 7 :15am
Yoga begins at 8:30am
Everyone is welcome to attend this free event. Bring water and a yoga mat
